Name: Sandra Renee Hart
Alias: Sandy, Nee
Age | B-day: 24 | 13 March, 1984
Lineage: Half-blood, half-veela
Birthplace: London, England
Hometown: London, England
Wand: oak wood, 9 inches, veela hair core
Education: Hogwarts, Slytherin
Occupation: Curse-Breaker for Gringott's
Alliance: Death Eater (Derrin)
Height: 5'7"
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Light Blue/Gray
Traits: Veela
General Description:
Standing 5'7" barefoot Sandy is a little taller than the average woman but not overly so. Her blonde hair is naturally straight, but she'll curl it enough to give it a wavy appearance if she's going to be seen by others. If she's just out for a jog or walking around town or around the house, she'll usually just leave it be to dry however it feels after running a brush through it or pull it back into a ponytail. Same with her clothing. In the house or on a jog, she'll wear sweats or shorts and a midriff or something, but if she's going before people she considers more important than your average joe, she'll wear a blouse and slacks or a skirt, whatever her mood is.
Smiles are seldom seen on her face. Closest one will get from her is a smirk of some sort or another. All smiles, she thinks, around other Death Eaters might just get her the whole dumb blonde stereotype, seeing as their work isn't exactly that of the elves said to work for Santa in the North Pole. So, unless you're a man and she wants something from you, don't expect a smile. Might be 'cheating,' but what does she care? You have money or power, you're fair game. Some might call her a gold digger, but again, what does she care?
Make-up? Naw. Maybe a little mascara and lip gloss and a little bit of blush or eye shadow, but she'll go for the natural look more often than not. She's confident in who she is and how she looks, which tends itself towards lack of need to make up for something 'missing'--same reason for her relatively modest clothing (at meetings, at least...otherwise?). Whether she wore a low-cut shirt or not, the men would look her way unless they were some freak show of nature.

Views on Love:
Love's for fools. That's what she'd say to anyone who asked about it, at least, but the truth is that's the bitter and even jealous part of her speaking. She gave up on love a long time ago. Lust? Sure. Men display that all the time, but she doubts she'll ever find love. But who needs it, anyway? In her ranks any marriage would be a sham, just some display of power for everyone else to see. She wants to be more than a trophy, however, more than just barefoot and pregnant with some bloke's child--a well-bred heir. Such an image sickens her, so she'll stick to her ways no matter what others think of her for it.

Personality
She'll make you take your clothes off
And go dancing in the rain
She'll make you live the crazy life
Or she'll take away your pain
Like a bullet to your brain
Phobia(s): Death, commitment
Pet Peeve: Stereotyping, children throwing tantrums in stores (Come on! shut the kid up already!)
Likes: Her job, reading, writing, playing piano, playing violin, rain, daisies, chocolate, music, shopping, men, money, men with money, life in general
Dislikes: Being half-veela (at times..such as around that nerdy guy she works with), overly nice people, children, her monthly, those stupid love songs
Personality:
Probably easier to tell you what she's not--nice, caring, loving, trusting, trustworthy. The list could go on far longer, so maybe it's not truly easier to tell the things she's not. So, let's see. Sandy, Sandy, Sandy.
She's the type of girl who will go along with just about anything if it benefits her in some way or another. She's the sort of girl who would easily fit under the label 'gold digger.' She's all for having the best in life and living it to the fullest--maybe a bit too much into it for her own good. Once she's got her fill and the man starts to get serious or boring or annoying, she's out. Anyone can be her prey, but for obvious reasons she likes them wealthy. The wealthier the better.
Another thing you've likely deduced is that she doesn't mind using her pull over men to her advantage, and usually she doesn't even mind doing it when a significant other of his is present--especially if the woman is nothing but a thorn in her side when it comes to whatever con she may be planning at the time.
Beautiful, flirty, and fairly easy, she's everything a lot of guys want and everything a girl hates. She isn't afraid to put out if it'll get her closer to whatever it is she's after. Let's just say the older or less attractive men have altered memories of what happened. She drinks, parties, runs the whole bit.
Murder and unforgiveable curses? Sure, she's not afraid to get down and dirty. The Imperius to get a signature? Has already happened a few times. The killing curse to get rid of a husband without the mess of a divorce? Eh, she'd do it if it was the only way. She's a bit iffy on the whole killing someone thing. Kind of difficult to explain things away, see? Seeing as she's not planning to get married, she doesn't see that happening, however.
Confidence is certainly not lacking, nor is her ego. She has a lot of faith in her 'abilities.' Well-founded, she believes, since she hasn't met any man who could resist her charm. To do so would be more than a little disappointing. It might be downright dangerous for the man. That would be one of those circumstances murder would more than likely have to be committed. But until that day, she walks proud and tall.
(That's the general picture. Might add more later. I know her personality but not how to describe it in an interesting way.)

History
She never drinks the water
Makes you order French champaign
And once you had a taste of her
You'll never be the same
She'll make you go insane
Childhood:
Sandra was born to parents Rodger and Lindsay Hart back in 1984. She was their first and only child. Her early years went on just as any other child. Playdates with friends her age, birthday parties, slumber parties. She didn't know she was different, and her mother made sure she wasn't placed in any situations where she knew she was (partly due to the fact that she herself was a Veela), but it was inevitable that she would find out, and unfortunately it lead to separation. Nothing happened, but both had agreed for Sandy's sake that it was better they legally separate. At first the explanation for why she couldn't see her dad was that he was sick, but after a few months of an explanation, the almost eleven-year-old was worried, and her mother told her the truth.
Adjusting to life at Hogwarts later that year wouldn't have been anything unusual, being raised in the magical world, but all the stares were more than a little unnerving and uncomfortable, some more than others. She was sorted into Hufflepuff, though the Sorting Hat did struggle choosing between it and Slytherin. She hadn't cared by that point; she only wanted to be out of the spotlight. So, as soon as the hat was removed from her head, she made it towards the long table of cheering students quickly and sat between two girls and more or less across from three. Simpler that way. Being a little smaller at that point, it made her less visible.
During her school years she developed crushes as any normal girls do, but she was more than a little afraid of a relationship. She held back in class to avoid having to have attention on herself. Some of the girls used to tease her for this (likely because the girl's so-called 'boyfriend' had noticed Sandy). It wasn't until she started hanging with a group of Slytherins fourth year that she came out of her little shell and gained some confidence. Unfortunately, they abandoned her after sixth year, but by then she was already confident enough on her own to manage it. Besides, she had her first real boyfriend, and it seemed promising to her.
He was nice enough for the first few 'dates' they had on Hogsmeade weekends--opened the doors for her, acted like a gentleman, bought her gifts. He seemed too good to be true, and he was. He started trying to kiss her, and it wasn't that she didn't mind it because she didn't. It simply was that she didn't want to have to worry he wouldn't be able to put the brakes on when she did. Her fears proved true, but she managed to get away with a simple spell. She tried another relationship that year, but when all the boy seemed to do was drool all over her, she decided to give up on all that.
Adulthood thus far:
It wasn't until Sandy was on her own after seventh year that she realized how she could use her abilities to her advantage. She moved into a run-down apartment and had no money for furniture. All she had in there were some paper plates, food (in the pre-installed refrigerator), some cups, some utensils, and her bed and dresser. However, her income each month was tight. Being a maid in a hotel was not lucrative in the least. Meeting up with her old posse gained her a few ideas. They'd been talking as though in jest, but Sandy wasn't stupid. She had this power over men that was just a hassle half the time. May as well use it to her advantage, and so she did. She just let go.
At first, it bothered her and made her feel horrible, but over time and a few cons she grew used to it. It still bothers her, but at least it gets her from month to month with all the comforts she can have. She might have a better job now (gained at age 22), but hey, it never hurts, does it? Having hit a bit of financial difficulty with her lifestyle being as it is, she met Derrin in a pub and they seemed to hit it off quite well with little effort on her part. She knew what it was that he was. She'd read about it in the paper, and she knew screwing around with this one was potentially dangerous for her, but she likes to flirt with danger, and so she is.
