Name: Callid Warren
Age & Birthday: 33 - November 12th, 1975
Bloodline: Pureblood
Personality: There are few words that would better describe Callid than manipulative, cunning, sly, and two-faced. Callid works for his own gain, and steps on all those needed, whether ally or enemy, in order to accomplish something, usually for his own gain. He is adept at using other people and prefers to trick others into doing his own dirty work. He is very capable and has been known to weasel his way out of tight situations. Furthermore, he is highly untrustworthy and disloyal. His alliances are temporary at best and the moment a better offer appears to him, he takes it. Oftentimes he'll play both sides against the middle so that he can take advantage of it and rise out on top.
Height: 6' 0"
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
General Appearance: His basic appearance has a tendency to depend upon his mood. He doesn't exactly pay too much attention to what he wears but its not as though he walks out in plaid. His dress is average, perhaps trying to make him less conspicuous and win over a little more trust than he'll ever deserve. He's average in size as well, but has never been the type to prefer physicality when mental manipulation and magic worked much more nicely.
Wand:14" Willow, Dragon Heartstring
Pet: -
Best Class(es) were: Callid excelled in the classes where vocal magic was performed, such as Charms, Transfiguration, Defense against the Dark Arts (as well as the dark arts themselves...)
Worst Class(es) were: Those that required more thought out processes and procedures. Callid lacked patience for such classes as Potions, History of Magic, and Astronomy.
Special Ability: Callid has slight abilities in both Occlumency and Legilimens (very useful skills to learn); He is also an animagus: what else would he be but a weasel (a black-footed ferret to be precise)
Special Item: A charm upon a necklace that outwardly seems to have no special significance...
Occupation: In his line of business, all he needs are people to "convince" that they should "donate" money to him, and he has lived quite nicely without lifting a finger.
Marital Status: Single with bleak prospects
Children: Hardly
History: The only person Callid Warren ever seemed to show any sense of loyalty to was the Dark Lord Voldemort himself. However, nobody could say for sure if that was permanent, had he been given the chance of someway obtaining his power or seizing better opportunities. Even at a young age, Callid looked out for his number one priority: himself. Sorted into Slytherin of course, Callid grew up on his own. In his mind there was no such thing as "friends", just people to be used for your own benefit. Yearning for even more power once out of school, he of course turned to the most powerful wizard of the all... or so he had thought. Voldemort had went and gotten himself permanently destroyed; so much for that immortality. All that was left from his domain were the remnant populations of fellow death eaters. Many of them had been rounded up, including himself. Yet somehow at his own trial he managed to convince the Judge of his innocence despite countless numbers of first-hand witnesses of his deeds. A master at the fine art of weaseling, it still remains a mystery to many today as to how he pulled that one off.
Callid still retains some allegiance to the pieces of Death Eaters still left over. It is fleeting however, and the bitter rivalry and grabs for power he senses within the hierarchy allow him the opportunity to bring forth those skills at which he excels best. In the meantime, he plays along with the group, aware of their "grand philosophies" or whatever it was they were always spouting, biding his time waiting to seize to opportunities that will benefit him the most. The other Death Eaters do seem to be aware of his disloyalty, but he has enough power and they little choice in the matter much of the time but to have faith in him. If they could perceive some benefit for him at least, then they were a little less weary. It wasn't as though they were exactly the most dedicated of followers either. In the end for him, it's not about revenge or pureblood dominance, but simply his own greed for more power that drives him forth with his misdeeds and actions.
