Personality: Laid back and easy going, likes to joke around and acts stupid or "immature" from time to time, but only when he isn't working or needs to be serious
Skills: He got high marks in Transfiguration and potions, good people skills -knows how to work a crowd (which is very useful for his line of work)
History: Sam is Casey's older cousin and the more "lively" one of the two, he likes to have fun and that has led him to a bit of trouble over the years. After graduating from Hogwarts Sam joined the Order and also became an intern at the Ministry, so he could give any information about the happenings on the inside if needed.
He managed to work his way up the political ladder and was transferred to the department of International Affairs. He works under Thomas Price as an assistant (much to Thomas dismay) but Sam has made sure to keep his alliance with the Order under the radar. And gets on fairly well with his cousins father-in-law.
Sam couldn't have asked for a better place to be job wise at the ministry, because it allows him to work closely to those that hold some power in the wizarding world. Allows him to mingle with the Minister and other leaders to see who supports the Order and to see just how many Voldemort supporters there are in the foreign countries.
Unfortunately with this job comes the constant travel and he has been away from his friends and family for a long period of time
