Thanks for letting me know you've returned. I trust you also brought the woman?
Klaus rolled his eyes and looked at Jones with a bemused smirk before he slipped his cell phone in the bucket. It wouldn't do him much good in here as it was. Things were much too fortified. Instead, they relied on cameras and being watched, an emergency phone, and a couple well-placed emergency alert buttons in each room. It was important an escapee couldn't nab a phone and have it for use should he somehow manage to escape the building. No matter how unlikely a successful escape was, it was always prudent to put a stop to anything of that nature.
Klaus took post near the inside of the door against the wall further from Lina so the guard could close the door and take his post outside it. It figured the instant Lina set eyes on the wolf boy she would begin going off at them in some other language--Russian or something else similar from the sound of it. Because that would get her point across so well, and they would all jump to it and begin doing something about her concerns when none of them actually spoke Russian.
The crutch began to swing backwards quicker than Klaus could anticipate it. Thankfully, he was not at the receiving end of it from his vantage point, but he still made an effort to jump to and catch the wayward object if needs be. Only, a step in, it became obvious Jones was in no immediate danger. Rather, it was their fiery little redhead who was. He put his foot on a crutch as he stood to the side and looked down at her, amused. "Careful there, 'Jordan,'" he teased but held out a hand. Honestly, he could just as quickly leave her laying there trying to figure out how to get up on her own if she chose to swing her other crutch at him because his hand would favor blocking himself from being hit.
