Jamie walked into the dreaded forest regretably, she knew Voldemort would be wanting to see her as it was the beginning of th year. She had to find Darkwood as soon as possible, she feared facing her Lord in his new body - he could easily kill her now and whosoever he chose to.

((then why she walk to his doorstep? lol))
Voldemort had come, hoping some curious first years would come on their first day to try to find out what was so forbidden about the Forbidden Forest. Their minds would be unprepared, unguarded, perfect to take and begin on the path, though it was risky, but the Imperius could easily be used upon them.
He sensed another's presence, not that of his snake, but of another human. He listened, finally getting eye contact and reading her mind. She feared him, did she? He let out a low, cold laugh. "Seams, how kind of you to finally show yourself after so long! You did not think your absence went unnoticed at the graveyard, did you?"

Jamie stiffened and tried to control the fear that flooded through her. "I was under the gaze of my parents and Dumbledore, my Lord. My absence would have been missed."

Voldemort watched her suspiciously. "You could have found a way. You have left them. Why should what they think matter to you? You were smart, admitting it, knowing the consequences it could bring, for showing a form of loyalty, but I know the truth. You were scared, scared that you would be sent to Azkaban for something you regret. Tell me, Seams, the truth. Tell me, why should I keep you alive after such betrayal in your mind?"

"There is no reason,my Lord." Jamie said quietly.

Voldemort looked to her. "You bow to fate willingly, Seams," he stated, though it was something like a question.

Jamie said nothing, just stood quietly. She cleared her throat, not wanting to be like her silent sister. "I don't answer questions like that about myself."

"To betray me is to die, and I, being a merciful lord, give you a chance to plead your case. So, speak. Did you perhaps think it would help further along your part?" Voldemort was growing impatient with the fear he sensed from her. He did not mind it, for it gave him some twisted pleasure to see others tremble so, gave him a sense of importance, but for one other than Wormtail to almost let it completely control them was something he did not care for. But then, she knew she was on the chopping block. He waited for her answer.

"Yes, as you know there were already suspicions about me and with Diggory and Potter disappearing it might rouse suspicion."

"Couldn't you have had a friend cover for you?" he inquired.

"I'm afraid my list of friends are running low and Jessie was at the meeting."

"Wouldn't the traitor cover for you yet? Something tells me you two are still close enough, you could have asked."

"her name's Elanor Godfrey." Jamie said defensively out of habit. "And I didn't see her."

"Do not take that tone with me! It is not for you to decide what I call the traitor. Now, I shall have to deal with your lack of obedience, and I am no longer lacking in power." He took out his wand, pointing it at her. "You shall beg for death before the end. Crucio!"

Jamie dropped to her knees, trying not to admit defeat and scream, but it was unbearable. A scream of pain left her lips as she writhed on the ground. How foolish she had been to join this - this- thing!
