Click, click... The sound echoed every-so-quietly throughout the hallways, a hunched figure shadowing in the small glitches of light given by the lighted sticks. Out of a mist of darkness, a figure almost dark as night itself approached, eyes of cold, blue ice almost the only thing pronounced through the confusing darkness. The small whimper of a girl could be heard as the creature continued onward with a sense of importance. When it had rounded the corner, the small blonde-headed eight-year-old went running down the hall, still whimpering as she opened a door and disappeared. Still the creature carried on, this time sticking close to the tall walls as the light gradually increased. No emotion could be read on its black furred face as it turned another hallway, becoming more and more evident that the unknown being was heading toward the Office Hallway.
One more turn and it had reached its destination. Caution seemed to heighten as its footsteps chilled to silence. When a double door was passed a low growl came forth out of the mouth of the stranger, but it did not hesitate or stumble in its silent trod. It did not stop at all until a single door came before its grave face. Head turned to the right and left before the shadow that stood pasted on the wall began to mold upward, paws turning into hands and hunched back arching into a perfectly straight position. Within seconds that dark fur had molded into fine skin and ice blue eyes were a sullen hazel, mischevious now. She reached her hand into her skirt pocket and brought out a long, black wand. Lightly she tapped it on the knob twice and muttered a spell. The door clicked and she stowed away the magical weapon, opening the door and slipping through the small crack. She closed it again and walked further inside, cautiously at first then beginning to feel more at ease. The domain seemed to be empty as she made her way to the couch, sitting then laying comfortably down on it after she had dropped her bag on the floor.
Feeble fingers began to tap lightly on her flat belly, hair sliding off her shoulders as she turned her head at the sound of approaching footsteps. One eyebrow arched upward, disappearing partially under her parted bangs. She propped up one leg and laid her arm along the top rim of the couch, a mix between seduction and mocking as the door opened and the man walked in. Her mouth opened for a moment before closing again, a firm line forming on her lips as her body began to change again.
A larger than normal dog sat on the sofa, tongue lolling out of its mouth as it looked around the room. It stood and jumped off the small piece of furniture, coming to the entryway and stopping. Bark, bark. Awhoooo! If creatures like this could smirk, it would be the widest of them all. Tail began to wag as the grim looked up at the keeper of this less-than-pleasant dwellance, waiting for its treat patiently.
