"You know what --" he started and then sighed, his hands stiffly in front of him as he made a frustrated face. He wasn't even going to bother right then and there. He stared back at his book.

Evie gave a dry chuckle as she closed her eyes and shook her head slightly. There were many things she could say but thought better of it then and there wasnt the time for an arguement

Alisa heard the two whispering from her spot in front of them and glanced back at the two of them, and it seemed like they were rather cross over something from their expressions. She sighed. John had said something about the two being boyfriend and girlfriend...well, they certainly weren't acting like it right now. When would class be over? She wanted out of here to some fresh air. This book was rather dull, and the student's outbursts, while interesting, were not exactly her cup of tea. She glanced back down at her book and turned the page. She looked up after a few minutes, being done with the assignment. She'd always been a pretty fast reader.

Sean had been passing the room and heard all the commotion and decided to see what was going on, not exactly trusting this new teacher. Sean popped his head in the door, "Hello everyone, i heard quite a scrap going on and wanted to make sure everything was alright." Sean noticed the pile of detention slips on her desk and raised a brow, "Well now, having a field day with our detention slips are we Dolores?" Sean inquired, now standing entirely in the room and looking down at the toadish professor.

Sean looked at the students in the room, "Mis behaved eh?" Sean picked up the slips without saying a word and opened them, "Let's see... John for being disrespectful? That's not right, John is one of the finest students i have seen, I highly doubt he is even capable of being disrespectful." Sean continued to look at the slips, "Casey, Evie and Jamie as well? Jamie can get like that sometimes, but not Casey and Evie." He looked at Ubridge sternly, "I believe it's time to explain these..."Sean said waving the slips

Casey kept his head facing his book, still resting boredly in his hands as he smirked. This ought to be good...to see if she dare stand by these when Darkwood was there.

Umbridge watched the detention slips with her large green eyes as he waved them up and down, Dolores brought her hand up to fix the frilly pink lace that surrounded her colar and cleared her throat
"Oh yes, Professor Darkwood. John had quite the temper to him, as does this Casey and Evie and I think that I am perfectly in line with issuing these detentions for John Evie and Jamie, and the week detention for Casey."

John was startled that Professor Darkwood wanted his account, but he wasn't going to let him down, "Uh, sure Professor. Well Casey had inquired as to why we were no longer practicing spells in the class and when she answered him, he wanted to know more about it and she got annoyed with the questions and assigned him a detention then when he continued to ask questions she assigned him a week of detention and deducted 50 points from Ravenclaw. Evie agreed with Casey so she gave Evie a detention and 50 points off as well. I can't really vouch for Jamie because she actually did insult her. As for me, She told Casey that he was to give the detention slip to his head of house so i offered to take it seeing as i am the head of house, but she refused to give it to me saying that i wasn't qualified so i clearly explained the situation to her and she gave me detention as well."

"I see... Well i shall award 100 points to Ravenclaw for your help John and 100 points to Gryffindor for the twins staying out of this for once." Sean laughed, "As for the detentions, i will allow them to continue for now, but you can expect me to be present..." Sean said sternly as he turned to Umbridge

Evie looked up at Professor Darkwood and then to Umbridge
Umbridge looked at Sean with a face that held a forced smile. "Very well then, Professor, I expect you here by 8 pm sharp."

Casey glanced at Evie but then remembered she was mad at him so he looked up at Professor Darkwood. This would be...interesting.

"Very well, i will be here. And i will take care of these slips for you." Sean tapped each one with his wand. Casey's burst into brilliant green flames which became shimmering butterflies which delivered roses to the girls in the room, Evie's became a group of black crows which took up residence on and around Ubridge. Jamie's seemed to simply disappear, but Ubridge would find that it had filled her desk with toads, and finally John's became white doves which landed on the 4 student's desks and were very friendly. Sean turned with a smile towards the students and walked out.
